This Privacy Policy explains how Struic (“Struic,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards personal information when you visit outspendmedia.com, apply to work with us, or engage our services. Struic is the controller of this information. You can contact us at Berberishage 33, 9408 EN Assen, The Netherlands, KVK 76734366, or marcvdstruik@gmail.com.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Application details — your name, email address, brand website, monthly advertising spend, creative challenge, and how you heard about us when you submit the application form.
- Business and engagement information — brand, product, objectives, creative materials, contracts, scopes of work, invoices, and information you share while we discuss or deliver services.
Information collected automatically
- Technical and security information — our hosting and service providers may process information such as IP address, browser or device information, referring URL, timestamps, and server logs to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Site.
- Cookies and similar technologies — the Site does not currently use advertising pixels or visitor analytics. Essential technical cookies may be used by hosting, security, or form-delivery providers where needed to operate their services.
Information from third parties
We may receive information from clients where you are involved in an engagement, from public professional sources such as company websites or LinkedIn, or from providers used to operate our business.
2. How we use your information
- to review applications and assess whether we are a suitable creative partner;
- to communicate about proposals, engagements, invoices, and service updates;
- to deliver, operate, improve, and protect our services;
- to maintain records, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements; and
- to comply with legal obligations.
We process information to take steps at your request before entering a contract, to perform a contract, to meet legal obligations, and where necessary for our legitimate interests in operating and protecting our business. Where consent is required, we rely on it and you may withdraw it at any time.
3. How we share your information
We do not sell personal information. We may share it with:
- Service providers — providers that host the Site, deliver application emails, provide business email, storage, accounting, payment, or collaboration services, subject to appropriate confidentiality and data-processing obligations;
- Clients — where relevant to a partner engagement and necessary to deliver the work;
- Authorities and advisers — when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or legal claims; and
- Successors — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to applicable law.
4. Cookies and tracking
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may affect functionality provided by our hosting, security, or form-delivery providers. If we add analytics, advertising pixels, or other non-essential tracking technologies, we will update this Policy and provide any required notice or choices before using them.
5. Data retention
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing services, meeting legal and accounting obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it where appropriate.
6. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, including the GDPR, you may have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, object to processing, or receive a portable copy of your personal information. You may withdraw consent where we rely on consent. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority; in the Netherlands, this is the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
To exercise a right, email marcvdstruik@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity and will respond within the time required by applicable law.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. International transfers
Our service providers may process information in countries outside the European Economic Area. Where required, we take steps intended to ensure transfers use a lawful mechanism and appropriate safeguards.
9. Children
Our services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date. Where required, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
